Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

My family resides on a 30-acre farm just up the road from the property, and we thought what great way to allow more folks to enjoy the natural serenity of the Northeast Georgia Mountains than to build a vacation rental that allowed others to find peace while vacationing in this magical part of the world. In addition to being farmers, we are general contractors and have created this home with our guests experience in mind.
